So I plan things....its what I do, not that I am extremely organized, however I can plan a weekend trip or a 40 day roadtrip down to the minute and enjoy doing it. I finished planning the roadtrip and Jason, my boyfriend, asked "well why dont you plan our wedding?"
Its no secret that I am very much in love with him, however I couldnt help but get that pit in my stomach when he first said it. Him and I have talked about our lives, and living together and getting a dog...you know marriage, I guess...
He has asked twice now and yesterday I planned two things so he would see that I was working on it. And I guess even though this is a wedding that will not happen for at least two years, maybe its good that we have started planning now. Maybe what the most appealing about it is that I know Jason loves me so much he doesnt mind and isnt scared of talking about cakes, colors, honeymoon suites, wrapped chairs, reception favors and so for the next two years....

2009 Already?!?
My life revolves around my vacations and my trips. I love that I am able to go and see as often as I do, needless to say it doesn't bother me to work an extra 8-16 hours a week to be able to afford my travels. Working 7 days a week is neither hard nor trying enough for me to give up a $29 to $39 a night hotel room.
Yesterday in my downtime at work I went through 2009 and planned my vacations. The point of this, obviously more popular spots sell out faster. Next year will consist of NYC, Niagara Falls, Chicago, Key West, Savannah and Miami. Most of these are long weekends so that they all fit in the calendar....any requests for 2010??
